Government Relations
At the Forefront of Policymaking
Leveraging top-tier political networking capabilities and legitimate lobbying authority, we actively dismantle barriers for clients entering the global market.
U.S. Federal Relations
Asian Square is an officially registered lobbying organization with the U.S. Congress (Senate/House). We maintain standing dialogue channels with members of the House Foreign Affairs and Appropriations Committees. We conduct public hearings and corporate legislative petitions to facilitate participation in U.S. public infrastructure procurement, secure subsidy and tax support (e.g., IRA advocacy), and resolve export regulations.
- Conducting meetings and policy proposal briefings with U.S. Congress members
- Hosting the AKBFF and connecting Senate/House panels of both nations
- Analyzing and responding to Federal Supply Schedule (GSA) and procurement regulations
Asia Government Relations
We maintain continuous workshop channels with major Asian administrative bodies, including the ROK National Assembly, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), and Indonesia's Ministry of Investment (BKPM) and Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR). We swiftly mediate licensing delays encountered when enterprises establish joint ventures or raw material supply chain hubs in Asia.
- Regular workshops and deal structuring with ministries for Indonesia's New Capital (IKN) relocation
- Conducting policy sketch forums with the ROK National Assembly and Ministry of the Interior and Safety
- Administrative advisory on government licensing for enterprises entering ASEAN
